Coping skills are very important and having someone help us understand that we don't have to be the "victim" is very empowering. All my sessions are very private and personal. They are developed especially for you and at times developed as we progress. The process is important but getting the results is the most important part of coaching.

Addiction Recovery
My approach is a very on hands approach to regaining control. I believe that each addiction is a result of an Initial Sensitizing Event and in understanding what that is is the key to FULL recovery. Addictions didn't happen over night and won't be controlled over night. My program is a step by step empowerment approach where you will learn, grow, and overcome. Taking back the control of your life is the most important part of recovery. There is a way out and I believe I have the key to open that door.
Behavioral Modifications
This Coaching included but is not limited to Stop Smoking, Vaping, Fears / Phobias, and basically any behavior that no longer serves you. I am able to help you get control of your life and remove what no longer serves you.
Weight Control
Weight Loss and Control is a huge problem with many people. Sadly, it is not always tied to just food. There are underlying conditions, beliefs, experiences, etc. that feed this issue. In understanding these underlying situations we can get control of your weight issues and help you start a path to gaining control of your weight.
Sports Excellence
Physical Training is one aspect of any sport but the Mental side of the sport is so important. You can have perfect form but if your mind isn't in congruency with your actions, you would excel. I help Athletes (Golf, Baseball, Football, Basketball, etc.) get into the "ZONE" and perform at their best.
Personal Growth
Many people feel stuck. They feel like they can't get out of their own way, or that they can't get moving toward a specific goal. With this Coaching we identify what is important and develop a plan to get you the results you desire and deserve.
Spiritual Services
As an Ordained Minister I am able to provide Ministerial Services which include Weddings, Funerals, and Coaching. As a Psychic Medium I am able deliver messages from Loved Ones who have passed on. I also provide Spiritual Guidance through Angel Card, Oracle Card, and Tarot Card Readings.
